To ensure the safety of our employees, customers and the wider community, cartime made the difficult decision to temporarily close our showrooms last week in-line with the most recent COVID-19 guidelines

Although our premises are closed, we are still able to operate as an online business during this time and offer our core services, allowing you to purchase a new car from the comfort of your own home.

All of our stock is listed on our website, with the options to apply for finance, book a test drive or reserve your selected vehicle online. One of our team will then be in touch to make the relevant arrangements as soon as we have a confirmed date to reopen. 

Car Reservations
You are able to reserve your chosen car online and we will hold this until you can come to the showroom to test drive and purchase your vehicle - one of our team will be in touch with you to book this as soon as we are able to do so. Your reservation will be honoured until we reopen, so you can rest assured that your vehicle will be ready and available for you. Cash payments can be taken now or when you visit depending on your preference. Finance is also available and can be secured for you immediately.

Finance
If you have found your dream car and would like to proceed with your purchase through a finance agreement, we have several options available. You can complete a finance application online by selecting the ‘Apply for Finance’ button on the car listing. Alternatively, we can offer finance applications over the phone. If you would like a call back, simply select ‘Ask A Question’ or complete the form on our ‘Finance’ page and one of our team will contact you to run through your application. We offer both Hire Purchase (HP) and Personal Contract Hire (PCP) agreements and can work to find an agreement to match your budget and individual requirements. We are also able to defer your payments so you don’t start payments for six months.

Part Exchange
We can of course offer a part exchange for your current vehicle and can provide part exchange valuations online, which can be included against the purchase of your new car. Simply select the ‘Part-Ex My Car’ link our our website and complete our short online form. One of our team will then be in contact to discuss your vehicle.

All vehicles reserved or purchased during our temporary closure will be available for collection as soon as we reopen and all relevant arrangements will be made as soon as we have a confirmed date to reopen, in line with Government guidelines.
